I ordered this softball bat from this website nearly a month ago.

I received a totally different product (for a child!!) in the mail from a Chinese address.

I contacted the company immediately. Since then we have had multiple exchanges regarding the problem. The company said they would send me the proper bat. Then they said they had none in stock and would get more from their factory. That cannot be true: these bats were ONLY made in the United States, and the company, Demarini, says there are none available.

After I confronted the overseas company with this information, they said they would send a refund in 7-14 days. This is also curious: I paid with a credit card and the money could be returned to that same account immediately.

â€‹By the way, the company admitted they did wrong by me:

OK, Sir, we did wrong, this is a process, you pay the path is the bank, so we return you pay the money back to the original road, it takes time, I make sure that you will be received in 7 to 14 working days of your refund.

Clearly this is a scam. I sent money, I got the wrong product, they offered to send me a new product from their factory (impossible unless it is a fake bat), and now they say it takes up to two weeks to reverse a credit card transaction.
