SaverExpress want's your money and expects you to follow their contract. Their contract states on page 4 of 12 of their terms and conditions: In the event client books and travels at a cheaper ragte saver express will refund cost of rate back to client. We were able to book cheaper thru AAA but SE will not honor their contract. I have been dealing with this for a year now. They have been very condescending and actually trying to tell me it was my fault. They stated that I called the wrong number!!! I have over 100 pages of documentation that proves I was in the right. I have filed a complaint with the BBB (and found out that this company is not rated althought they say they have an A+ rating) and also with the Arkansas Attorney General. I will do any thing in my power to keep these scams out of my state. All I asked was that they honor their contract which they refuse to do. I have over $5000 invested in this company and I believe they should do what is right.

I believe that exposing your Ripoff Report on the worldwide web was a good idea. A Harvard Business Professor told his class of executives in late 2004 that exposure is a corporation's worst fear.
