Saving Makes Money Fraudulent Charges Encino California

 While conducting online searches for loans on May 14, 2015, while entering my personal information on the loan site, I was not on Savings Makes Money website but on a lending site. I never agreed nor accepted any funds transfer to my account or to be deducted from my account. I received a call from my banking institutions asking about a charge from Savings Makes Money, I was given their contact information. I called spoke with a customer service rep names Ken Jones who was very rude. I asked for photo copies of my acceptance of a membership. All Ken Jones keep stating was it was done from my mobile device and they have an IP address which was sent to my bank for payment. They do not allow you to speak with a supervisor nor will they give any information on a mailing address. They will cancel the membership but say they will not refund the charge of $87 which was deducted.
