Saving makes money I was charged $87.00 for an account that was opened in my name using my bank account information. Encino California

I have no clue how they got this information and as a result of this I was charged an additional $30.00 in NSF. When I called to attempt to figure out how this happened not only did they try to milk me for more information I was hung up on 3 different times. 

I was unaware that there was even a charge made to my account until I received a phone call from my son stating that he had put money in my account to cover an overdraft fee.  When I called to inquire what this was that created the NSF fee I was given the account number, phone number, date and time of the intended transaction.  I made 3 different attempts to sort out how this even happened, because of the time of night that this had occured I would not have been awake.  All 3 calls were basically the same, they read from a script, tried to milk me for more information, and then they hung up on me when I demanded to speak with a superviser.  I couldn't even get them to tell me what the company was or what service they supposedly provided.  I am thinking seriously about hiring an attorney to file a class action suit due to the fact that I'm not the only one that this has happened to.  I'm completely ticked off about this because now I need to close my bank account and open a new one for a fee of $25.00.
