"Savings 4 U" delivers packets of brightly colored business card size advertisements for local businesses.  This business is not licensed in the state or any cities that they do business in and has not been in most cases for 9+ years.  Some individuals continue to defraud local busineses.

They go to great lengths to hide, delivering these under the cover of darkness and providing no valid contact information anywhere. One would think an advertising business would advertise their own business, not so.  Website has invalid address (P.O. Box owned by unrelated individual), not sure on the phone number.

If you are a business owner, you might want to verify that any business you contract for services is legitimate.

The concern with these is that you have no way to stop them.  The brightly colored packets are easy to see from the street, making is trivial to spot likely vacant homes.  There is a reason you can put your mail/newspapers/deliveries on hold, these you cannot.
