My company made mistake #1....pay before getting services.

A person by the name of Pete Gottschalk from Savings and Recovery presented a program to me for utility bill audit. It appeared legitimate at the time and we provided the deposit check for them to begin. We then provided all information requested per the contract, and that was the end of communication other than to be called virtually every name in the book by an employee of Savings and Recovery by the name of Annie Nugent who told us we were out of compliance and we were non-compliant and they were closing our case.

The website has been shut down and no one answers calls.

I never post to sites like this, but am doing so to hopefully avoid others making the same mistake.
