Saxon Mtg Faulse Reporting to Credit agency Fort Worth Texas

The loan modification was assigned to Mrs Aldridge on the 20 of March and she told me that it takes about 6 to 8 weeks for the Loan modification to complete to see even if they will approve me I said that was fine. On 4/7/08 Mrs. Karla Aldridge called me and told me that they cannot do the loan modification due to the current intrest rate and im locked into it for 8 more months I then called back and talked to a lady named dina and she said for me to refax the Prepayment Pentality letter to the work out department the fax number is 888-240-1885. I also called josh from ace mortage hoping that he can help me. Then in June of 08 Mrs Aldridge called me again saying that they was going to go ahead with the loan modification she would send me out all the paper work which she did and then she said I had 72 hrs to get the paper work back they even send a over night express envelope all I had to do was go to the bank and get a cashier check for 217.00 I did this and sent everthing out the very next day. I called back the middle of July and talked to a gentleman named Mike he said that they was still working on the modification to go ahead and make the 1404.71 Plyment and starting Aug 1 2008 I would make my new full payment. Well now they are reporting me late to the credit companys for 60 days Im not late and I have all the paaper work to prove everything im saying I just want them to fix my credit report there is so much more and not enought time to type it all please help.
