Sbc - ONAN Services - ATT ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing company OAN signed me up for email services without my permission via a online survey and connection with SBC Northridge California

I am contacting the Better Business Burea regarding fraudulant billing made to my phone by SBC / new ATT via a survey which was filled out online. The survey didn't include details regading appendages listed at the bottom of the survey which included the price internet users would be charged. I rejected taking part in the survey and/or signing up for such services. I do not have nternet services at my place of residence thereby having no needs to apply for such services. I contacted both SBC/ATT of the fraudulant charges when I received my next phone bill dated Feb. 22, 2006. Said charges appeared on my monthly statement in the amount of $15.40 which upon contact with said entities informed me that the said charges would appear on my bill for the next three months.

Furthermore, I have been the victim of SLAMMING where SBC has changed my billing over to ATT without prior notification and/or agreement by user. Whenever I attempted to contact both SBC and ONAN via telephone, I was immediately connected with an automated system which had a five second period in order for the customer to utilize in order to file any complaints.

Needless to say, it took several attmpts before the needed information could be left without remedy. I also contacted SBC serveral times, who informed me that they could do nothing about the charges, but would make a record of my having called them regarding the matter. Upon speaking with a representattive today, no immediate remedy was made. These charges were made on 02/16/06 for an Antivirus Email LLC INET Email Monthly fee by ONAN servivces, inc. I have also filed the FCC Form 475B online on 3/19/06.

It's bad enough that consumers are forced to endure constant SLAMMING done by other companies and carriers through which customers do business; but it is also a crime that we as consumers have to go to enormous steps to try and clear said charges on our bill.
