Unauthorized charges billed to my SBC phone bill under USA voicemail monthly fee for $19.95 on 09/07 plus federal and state/local taxes. I did not authorize or order this.
How and why did this get on my SBC phone bill?
I have called several times but just get a runaround. Then I was told that this would be credited but to date this has not happened. They did cancel but I still have not received my credit. SBC says they can not do anything about it.
I have tried to e-mail customer service but got no where with them either. I just keep getting transferred from one to another. I don't understand how SBC can just arbitrally add charges to a bill without checking with the person being billed.
