SBC.com rip-off (false charge, error in calculus) West Sac California

hi,

We originally have charter communication service. we moved to present address and suscribe to sbc.com (package include phone sevice and internet service). After 3 weeks waiting for their CD installation software in the mail, in vain, we cancel their service (sbc.global.net). we suscribe to local netzero service, and forget about them. now they charge us for connection and service not rendered.

First billing have an error in calculus over 5 dollars. I give them notice, in hope for a more attention in calculus, and a credit back...instead second billing show a charge for a fictive/imaginative service ,in the name of sbc.yahoo.com...

-since we did not know who is yahoo.com and never have business with them, we refuse to pay this charge.
-we suspect retaliation now : caller ID service stop responding (no more active)

-i don't believe in calculus error: computer can not do wrong. first time, one billing,it is still acceptable as human error, but again, again, many people complaints , it is deliberately done. it is purpose cheating.
