SBL Enterprisez - Tailor Management Misleading and unlawfull hiring tactics. Will threaten you with worker comp benefits Columbus Ohio

I was offered a job through Tailored Management (AKA SBL Enterprises) to work for a company in Columbus, Ohio. The person who contacted me was Adi Ramanathan aramanathan@tailoredmanagement.com who described the job to be customer service rep position, low start pay but that the pay will increase a lot after three months, and that he was "very impressed with my qualifications and that there are only few people qualified to meet with him". Job turned to be a position in a revolving-door work place where people quit and are hired on daily basis. The job is strictly technical and require experience in a custom made software that has flaws everywhere. The work place was probably one of the worst work environment you can find where you are expected to show up 15 minutes early, cut your breaks in half, co-workers and management did not know what they are doing and never explained procedures and/or provided proper training. When I contacted Adi and explained to him that this is NOT the job he described to me, he smooth-talked me into staying for a few more weeks because he has something else lined up. I knew i could not last few more weeks and that my background has nothing to do with what this company does. I refused to waste their time and my time because I knew I am not going to last in this job. I sent him a letter saying that I will be more than happy taking on any other job that he might have that matching my skills and that I am done with this job. He got bitter and delayed my paycheck from that company for a couple of weeks and he personally made sure that I lose my unemployment benefits. I got another job and I am happy with where I am in life. I do not want to see anybody else falling in the same trap that this company and this guy has. Someone at the worker comp advised me that had I made copies of the job description with this guy's signature on it, I would have been able to fight back. So, get everything in writing from him and, if you can, try to find a job somewhere else. We struggled for three weeks until we finally got out paycheck from them and lost unemployment benefits for another month because of this agency.
