These are ex-cons that take debt that they are consigned and refuse to REMIT the proceeds to the rightful owners.  These individuals raise the amount of the debt to thousands of dollars for a $300 debt and violate the FDCPA as though they are above the law.  

They sign contracts that they intend to breach and CONSUMERS need to be aware of the con so that they can arm themselves with the necessary knowledge that protects their rights.  Validate your DEBT.  They will take your credit card information and rerun the debt over and over.  They are theives of the lowest regard.
