SBP Beauty Online Revitol Beauty Products Lying, fraudulent advertising, refusal to cancel shipment agreement as advertised Pacoima California

I ordered 1 tube Revitol hair removal cream and there was an offer to receive a "lifetime" supply of the cream every other month for only shipping for only shipping.  I did receive the cream very timely. 

I tried the cream on a very small spot and was not very impressed and thought it made my skin burn slightly.  I waited several days and tried it on a little larger area, amaking sure I had followed all the timing and instructions. It didn't work and made my skin burn and look reddened. I was not trying to return to opened tube even.

The product site states " to cancel your discount auto shipment offer please call a representative or email suppert team.    ' The representative refused to cancel the membership, insisting it is nonrefundable and I could just use the money to try other products. I refused asking why I would try things when I was allergic to this one. 

After an extended conversation in which the woman kept repeating it was my decision whether I wanted to activate my membership to try other products and I kept asking for my money back citing the statement above the representative hung up on me. I was not able fo find any way at all to email anyone connnected to this business.
