sbp beauty program unable to cancel the product, the phone number that is provided - has been disconnected, the web address provided to cancel the product does not take you to cancellation, when product is returned, unopened by the uspo, the money is still deducted from my credit card. I am on a fixed income and can not afford this. pacoma California

April 20, 2015 I ordered a trial of a antiaging cream from SBP Beauty Program with the understanding that it was a trial offer only and that I could easily cancel my order at the end of 14 days by following the instructions included with the cream.
The instructions said to go to websupport.com, which I did and I was unable to cancel the order through them. I did not have a phone number to call the SBP Beauty Program to attempt to cancel that way, in the meantime, I got another jar of their product in the mail. I returned this unopened.
Today is July 11th and I again have a jar of their prodouct in my mail box, which will be returned to them unopened. They continue to send them and to bill my credit card for them monthly, even though they are getting them back unused.
I have tried to call the phone number associated with the credit card billing and it is no longer in service.
