Sc Technologies screwed me on the order University Place Washington

My dad got me this electric charger,ecu chip,and preformance module for christmas and was ordered on dec 11. I recieved the electric charger after a month of leroy telling me they were having problems with usps. It is four months later and im still fighting this company for the ecu chip and preformance module. here are some of the emails they sent me:

Dear Sir,

I'm sorry to hear about your unusually long wait time. We have been having quite a few problems with usps recently. If you do not receive by this week please let me to know. we will promptly re-ship your order to you.
