I would urge you to avoid doing business with Scale Train Supply of Yoakum TX, aka scaletrainsupply.com. They do not have all of the products they show on their web site, they do not answer the phone, they do not answer e-mail.
My purchase experience was very negative--I placed an order for almost $190 for an item the website said would ship in 3-5 business days. The order never shipped, and the company and its owner all but ignored numerous e-mails and voice-mails attempting to determine the order status. The one response I did get, after more than two weeks, promised a quick resolution--"I'll check this afternoon and get back to you a.s.a.p.", the site/store owner wrote me--but I never heard from him again.
I ended up cancelling my order after almost a month. A very frustrating ordeal. Shop elsewhere.
