SCC Supreme Carpet Care came on 5/17/18.  Ric Riccobono is the owner and brought Kevin and Jose (employees) to our home.

Before they started we asked (Riccobono) about chemical  he was using since this was a stone travertine tile.  We were reassured it was safe.

SCC put the chemical/ acid remover in grout lines, sloppy out of grout lines, messed up entire floor throughout the house.

The machine also left circular imprints on the floor.  We were talked into a sealant before they left and Ric Ricconbono said it was the entire floor not just the grout, so we paid extra for that to be done.

SCC was supposed to do 4 bathrooms shower areas which  were never done (walls and floors).

After numerous calls Kevin/Jose came back to house and Kevin admitted the floor was ruined.  He also said he asked his boss, Ric Riccobono, the morining they did it as he knew it was a stone tile and it was different than plain tile.  He said his boss said go ahead.

Kevin said he would tell his boss it was ruined and took pictures of different areas.

We asked Kevin to have Ric Riccobono come to house and see what a mess it was.  After numerous phone calls, finally Riccobono did come out and agreed to a full refund and for us to let him know how much it would cost for someone else in the area to redo the floor. He said he would pay for that also.  He said he would drop off a check or drop it in the mail ($407.00) plus a new estimate for someone else to fix floor.  After waiting and numerous phone calls again, we realized Ric Riccobono lied to our face.  We plan to go to small claims court.  I have pictures of damaged floor areas.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The owner thinks nothing of lieing to your face.  We cannot believe the mess!!!
