So despite the bad reviews Maher ensured me that it was all a misunderstanding, in fact he told me he had no idea of who these people where. ( stupid me ) I hired Maher from SCD Painting to paint my townhouse and what do you know, he did it to me . Maher showed up the first day 45mins. late spilled paint all over my drive way. By the time he had it cleaned day one was over. Despite what i read he actually came back the next day, it was at noon but at least he had shown up. that is where my frustration began. Maher stated that he would require an extra 1500.00 dollars to complete the project that he had not even started, if i didn't pay he would lean my house. And so he did. Is there any protection for the consumer in this case. It seems the builders lein act protects and blankets the criminal tradesmen who take our money and never return. PLEASE BEWARE OF MAHER AND SCD PAINTING

This individual who is trying his best to hurt my name and my company, that never uses his actual name.
The person who is writing the reposts is the same one with differents logins, Here is the Facts.
His name is Myles Halstead (previous owner of Bryco Contracting) who actually is a professional liar.Myles, One of your client was actuallu shocked when they found out that you have used their name and ID to write a negative report on my company, and she will run after you (you know who I am talking about) and I have an e-mail from her stating the fact about you.
I did actually paint his town house, and all what I got paid was $400, and he took off, I did say I will lien his townhouse, but I never did, I thought he is a human, gave him a chance, but I was wrong, he is a monster, then I found out that he sold his company and live in Edmonton,
I am a victim, and had to swallow the price (labour and Material) and on top of that, he started slandering me everywhere...
