I ordered 4 bottles of Fendi Perfume on the internet from Scentmall.com, which then disappeared, only to come up later as scentmall.org when the product arrived it was Coco Chanel.  They emailed me that the cost would be $261.61 and on my statement it was 301.81. I emailed the company and they told me to mail it back for a full refund plus the shipping that I incurred from having to send back.



I mailed the package back with a note and insured it for $300.00.  I have emailed them 3 times over the course of the week with no response.  I have read tons of bad press with regard to this company and most consumers did not get their money back.  I truly want to help myself, as well as others, find a way to get the money back since now I have no perfume and am out $350.00.
