First off i found this add in the newspaper one morning it said looking for fun, energetic 18-25 person who likes music for entry level management position. i called and went in for 1st interview. This was pretty short and i was in an interview with one other person...kinda weird i thought. they told me they would call that night between 5-6pm and let me know if they want me for 2nd interview. they called that night about 6pm and i came back in a week later for my 2nd interview with about 20 other people. I also thought this was weird but continued to listen. They went on and on about pointless stuff for a little over 3 hours. They promised me $250-$300 pay per week for 6 weeks during training to become this Entry-level manager. Myself along with about 7-8 others were chosen to start the training program.

First day of training was a lot of talk and then they had us put into groups of 3-4 people and get in someones car with our fake perfume and go to "territory" and "drop bottles". They called selling this fake sh** dropping bottles. Anyways when friday rolled around i asked when we got paid and they said when i start "dropping bottles". Basically i wouldnt get paid unless i sold a sh** load of this crap.

This company is a load of crap and are just looking to scam young people out there in the Richmond area. You dont get paid for anything you do. They lie and scam to get money for themselves.
