B.J. Palm of scepter balance,inc., talked me into purchasing a framed colonial currency piece. It was with the understanding that after I held on to it for a few years, her company would help me in placing it on auction for a big profit.

A couple months later, she again called me and offered me a framed president appointment that was autographed by Woodrow Wilson, a little later I purchased sum colonial receipts then sum French Lottery Bonds. I did purchase all of the above items and did receive the above items. I have held on to them for the past 3 to 5 years and now that I want to put them up for auction, the company and b.j. palm are nowhere to be found. She contacted me several times during that 3 to 5 year period to keep me up on upcoming auctions.

She hasn't contacted me for awhile so, I tried calling her. All work/business phone numbers that I had have all been disconnected and mail to business address was returned to sender.
