Scepter Balance - Shell Plaza - Premier Trading - Bj Palm ripoff sold liquidated collectables colonial currency and presidential autographs to be held and later auctioned for big profits. Reno Nevada, Phoenix Arizona

Investment manager/sales woman, B.J. Palm of scepter balance,inc., talked me into purchasing a framed colonial currency piece. It was with the understanding that after I held on to it for a couple of years, her company would help me in placing it on auction for a big profit.

A couple months later, she again called me and offered me to buy a framed president roosevelt picture that was autographed. I did purchase both of the above items and did receive the above items. I have held on to them for the past 3 to 4 years and now that I want to put them up for auction, the company and b.j. palm are nowhere to be found. She contacted me several times during that 3 to 4 year period to keep me up on upcomming auctions.

However, that last time we spoke was in August, 2005, and she would be placing one item for sale on auctions in Dec., 2005 and the other on auction in Jan.,2006. Since she hasn't contacted me, I tried calling her. All work/business phone numbers that I had have all been disconnected and mail to business address was returned to sender.
