I have been dealing with children and family services for almost 9 years.But Schoharie county is the worst for family court.They come into your house under false accusations,false warrants,and tell you there is reports of abuse when there is none.The family court lawyer(lapenel)is having a relationship with the supervising CPS worker(Wood).The judge(Barlet)is using illicit drugs,he's always tired,has fallen asleep during family court proceedings,blood-shot eyes.

He should not be on the bench,let alone tell anyone in that court what to do.They make false reports on parents to keep them coming back to court.They have had lab testing for drugs on parents falsified so they can take the children.I had Ms. Wood say,and I quote,"You will never win your case,and we will take your children....The judge (Bartlet) will side with us,your opinion doesn't matter"There is a lot of "good-old boy" back room agreements and no will stand up.

The innocent families that are victims(including my own)who are being threatened to be ripped apart if the kids don't tell them what they want to hear.They have attempted on several occasions to take my children with no evidence of abuse nor neglect.I hope that this report will start the ball rolling to investigate this county,it has to stop...Thank You Very Much!
