Thanks, Brandon, for injecting a dose of sanity into the "wild west web"--! This "David Ryan" is no more the "real" David Ryan (well known investor) than Groucho Marx. I checked with David Ryan, O'Neill's protege, and he does NOT live in Panama, does NOT run this "schoolteacher" scam, and I think he is taking measures to protect himself.

You're right: anyone who asks for non-secured funds, sent in the mail to a foreign country or a mail drop -- "No Money Orders of Any Kind can be Banked in Panama" (BS) --- also does not accept credit cards or PayPal -- Wow! Anyone who says, type the website into your browser, do not use a search engine, . . . anyone who uses a search engine finds your comments alongside the seller's website. I predict this guy will be completely off the air, running some new scam, within days. I will bet $20 that any poor credulous folk who send off their $295 cash will never hear from "David Ryan" again, much less receive a CD / info package via AMEX.

On Page 9 of the sales letter, at the bottom, "David Ryan" refers to another website selling a book on the Darvas method, which mentions, among others, David Ryan (the real one) as someone who has advanced the Darvas method. Then this imposter says, "You may have also noticed in the above website they quote me (in red letters) as one of the people who has taken the Darvas system to the next level." THIS IS A LIE, that is, they are NOT quoting "me", they are quoting the David Ryan who is a legitimate investor.

Please, everyone. If it sounds too good to be true, check. Check again. And then, check three more times before you part with your money! Best to all.

Schoolteachertobillionaire.com -- Off the Air!!!

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, May 24, 2008

As I predicted, this site no longer offers David Ryan's service for sale -- "We have closed the doors"!! Now, if you e-mail Mr. Ryan, he apparently will enter into private communications with you about taking your money.

It may be that money orders are not accepted in Panama -- I have no personal knowledge of that. But Paypal is available everywhere, and I believe credit cards are acceptable, even in Panama!!! Money orders can, without doubt, be banked in Florida, where Mr. Ryan has his mail drop. He accepts none of these payment methods.

The defining item, though, is who he is and who he pretends to be. 'David Ryan' is not an unusual name. I'm quite happy to grant it's his real name, if he likes. But this David Ryan is NOT who he claims to be, that is, the well-known investor who once worked for William O'Neil, the founder of Investor's Business Daily. If you need to send money to someone like this, I hope you can afford to lose it.

Best wishes, David
