Stan's own twin brother has a law suit against him for FRAUD and FELONY THEFT. STAN is a skilled CON ARTIST who has taught his children to be the same way, and he has an intimate relationship with his accountant Karen Forrest so together he cons the public and she covers up the money they steal.

Stan has more than one company, he also has US LOSS MITIGATION which is another FRONT for his SCAM ARTIST abilities. In that company he preys on people in FORECLOSURE telling them he works for HUD and can get people out of foreclosure if you pay him a lot of money.

He is so slick he actually gets these people to pay him and then never get's them out of foreclosure only to make up some excuse on why the consumer breached his contract. HE keeps their money and they are still in foreclosure.
