I am here to warn anyone who is considering using schumacher as there builder run fast and far. They are real nice until they take your money and do not stand behind work. We are in the process of suing because we just sold our house after living in it for 1 year and our 4,000 sq.ft home was the house from hell. We paid 420,000 dollars for our home and could only sell it for 300,000 due to the water in the basement that Paul and Bill refused to take care of.
Oh they came out 1 time and noticed the problem and said they would take care of it but that was 2 months after we had moved in. Now when I try to get in touch with them they are either out of town or not in the office and I say bull crap they are avoiding the problem and quite frankly did not know how to fix the problem. I hope anyone looking for a builder to check the BBB I know I have a complaint and I am sure you will find more.
