The food at schwan's is good. The service leaves a lot to be desired. After going through about six salemen (one after the other leaving for better opportunities) four years ago, we never saw one at our house again.
their visitations were infrquent and sporadic.
i worked for the state.paid once monthly, so we planned to order on the 1st-5th of each month. we bought $35-60 monthly WHEN THEY SHOWEDUP. Then they started coming by other time of the month, when we didn't hadn't planned to buy.
Today i saw they were automated so I asked questions. but got vague responses. One disconnected before I was done asking questions. ther second one seemed too impatient. Won't ever do business with them again.

An excellent company

We love Schwann. A very friendly salesman comes every Friday like clockwork. Our dog even looks forward to the guy coming to the door. They have most things on the truck but to just make sure we get specific things we want, we can enter them on-line and they are always there.
They are not cheap but the quality is excellent and the convenience is certainly worth something to us. We have recommended them to quite a few of our friends and they are happy with them too.
Sorry you're have a bad experience.

My mom, an invalid, has used Schwans for years. Her previous driver, Jason, was excellent! She ordered online and he not only delivered an accurate order, on schedule, but he put everything away in her freezer for her. Last month he brought a new driver to introduce him since he would be taking over the route. Same experience - great guy, wonderful service. It's sad that they're treating you this way because they really are great in our area.
