scooter store will not reapir chair they said it going to take 4 week, then someone will call you in 4 week, well 4 week up and still they have not called me. Internet

i can,t get around with out my wheel chair i am stuck with out it i need it to cook and clean and go to doctor , well the scooter will not power up nor work, i called them up they said it take 4 weeks for someone to just call  you and talk to you.
well i waited 4 weeks, how does someone get around with out their wheel chair for 4 weeks, i had to use someone elses, and they need it back now i am left with out getting around

4 week later still no call after i have call them 4 time i one month to come fix, it , they still say you have to wait for them to call you then after that about another 2 to 3 weeks they will come out, so we are talking about 7 weeks,

well still have not got a call for the first phone call and this is after 4 weeks, i am stuck because i have no money and medicare pays for it for me, so i am stuck going to them,
what can i do here what  should i do thank you
