Mr. Donde Looked at my report and promised he could raise my score
50-100 points based on what he saw. but this never happened. He made me
sign the contract first and he answered his phone in the first 3 days,
then good luck to me reaching him again, the guy disappeared and I never
heard from him.
I sent them everything I got in th mail from the credit companies and no
results other than the one I fixed myself. my score FELL even more.
and I swear to my daughter that I didn't do anything during that time,
didn't apply for credit and let anybody to run a report on me, No
inquiries and I can prove it.
They kept charging 250 every month till I got mad, I contacted the owner
Brian Diez but he never called me, instead he emailed me back saying: "
if you don't pay, we will then place collections on you" . I took that
as threat, I got mad and I told him to show me results for the money I
am paying him
instead he settle for 1200, and according to him that's how much his
service costs to dispute things regardless the results. I was never told
that when I signed the contract.
I lost 1200 dollars and my credit still the same and my score is 560.
There should be a law against these bad guys and firms. They are
heartless and deserve to be banned and pay back all the money they took
from honest people like us here.
Brian Diez, and Brian Donde, score more credit, I hope god will destroy
you and your business and I hope you suffer and loose everything you
have....I have no mercy for you what so ever, you took my kids money and
you wasted 6 months of my time.

Did you sign an agreement? If so, did the agreement guarantee a credit score increase? Can you post the details of the agreement?

Mr. Donde Looked at my report and promised he could raise my score 50-100 points based on what he saw. but this never happened. He made me sign the contract first, he was very nice on the phone in the first 3 days during cancellation period, then after the 4th day the ripoff process started. Good luck to me reaching him again, the guy disappeared and I never heard back from him. Basically his job was just to get you on a contract, tell you what you want to hear and then bye bye after the cancellation period is over.
I sent them everything I got in th mail from the credit companies as instructed, 2 months pass by and no results other than the one I fixed myself. my score FELL even more.
I spent 3 weeks calling and complaining, I tried to reach Brian Diez the owner via email, I explained and asked him for my money back, he did not bother to call me, instead he responded :
"we cannot help you because The problem with your account is that everything was verified but you still have to pay the 1600 dollars...I asked about the money back guarantee, hi emailed me back saying ""No, we don’t offer a satisfaction guarantee, the service we charge for is auditing credit reports. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, your account will follow our standard collection procedures once you begin to default."
They don't tell you that in their sales pitch, they trick you, be careful, avoid them or you will be ripped off.
So I lost 1200 dollars and my credit/SCORE still the same at 560 and I am back to where I started 6 months ago.
There should be a law against these bad guys and firms. They are heartless and deserve to be banned and pay back all the money they took from honest people like us here.
