TO: CONSUMER PROTECTION DIVISION FROM: THOMAS D HORNE I have forwarded this several times to Score Sense and still do not have my funds back. Again they were not authorized to bill me monthly. I did agree to a onetime fee of $1.00 for a free seven day look. After I looked that day I have had no other contact with them. They have refunded the $1.00 and this month’s $29.95 but have not returned the other months fees of $29.95. I will start a dispute process with my bank. I would also ask you to look into this issue on my behalf and on behalf of others that they may be charging in error. I do not believe that this is legal? Please provide me with my signature and a witness signature on a contract stating that I will be charged monthly. I do not even know what they were providing for the monthly fee. Please provide additional monthly contact information where I used whatever you provide for the monthly fee.

After that I never agreed to a monthly billing, never went to your site again, never got your emails or responded to them. I was just going over my online bank statement and noticed this charge and called the number listed I was told that refund request would be processed. Again I never used your services and never agreed to an ongoing billing why would I? You have charged me in what I hope was an error and not an attempt to steal money from me by illegally billing my account. It clearly says on the first page of registration that there is a monthly fee of $29.95 until you cancel.  And if you don't check your bank statements regularly, that's on you. Grow up. You have no case against them and your bank will tell you the same thing.
