Not seeing the fine print for the 7 days cancellation, I was just charged $29.95 for 30 days. When I called they told me there was no refund after 7 days, but the cancelled the service for me. In looking for an apartment to rent, I came across a rental where the "supposed" landlord, suggested that I use this agency to secure my credit report for only $1.00.  I was told any credit score over 550 would be okay, and that if I went ahead and got the report done "ASAP", I could send it to them and they would call me for an appointment to look at the apartment.  

Shame on me, as I did not notice the 7 day cancellation on the email.  But today when i saw the charge on my bank card, i called their phone number and spoke to Roger.  He is using a horrible phone or head set, barely can understand what he says it is so muffled.  Not only that but he talks REALLY fast.  Basically he told me OVER AND OVER AND OVER that he was sorry, but there were absolutely no refunds after 7 days, but he was kind enough to cancel my membership and send me a confirmation.  Lucky me, I get to use it for 29 more days!  

The signature on the original confirmation is copied and pasted below.  This is obviously a phishing scam that was on Craig's list and I am sure there was never any aprtment for rent as no one ever called me to look at the aparmtnent.  

I want my money back!
