Upon viewing many websites for go-karts, We contacted Sea To Sky Karts and inquired information about their pictured advertised product. We were told that they were the creators of the unit (trakker 250) and contracts for manufacturing of the unit was with an over seas company. Therefore delivery time was 3wks and they were expecting a new shipment in mid month (Feb 06).

After personal contacts made with Scot and Carey Hartness via phone along with email, They stated they would like to use paypal for the transaction because of the security of the site, they would send an invoice to our account. We were also told to expect a bill of sale as soon as they inquire the VIN and engine number from their incoming shipment with 3 week delivery date.

We decided to go ahead and purchase the trakker 250D. Transaction was made via paypal on Feb 13, 2006 and cleared Feb 16th. We spoke with Scot approx a week ago, He assured us the order had been placed but the delivery was a little behind and Carey would contact us asap with the shipping info.

Attempts to contact them today March 23rd and all phone numbers are unavailable. Emails to all addresses requesting a response, thusfar none. The Web site has consumer fraud alert along with other forms of Fraudulent information now being publicly visible, thanks to the other idividuals that unfortunatly have had their monies stolen under false pretences as well. Any potential consumers Beware, Don't Become another victim!
