Scot Hartness Scot of s2spowersports stole $4,499.00 from November 2006 Alibaba British Columbia

I paid s2spowersports.com $4,499.00 thru pay pal, I was told I would get my 500cc kart in 4-6 weeks, I was then told lost in shipping, trouble in customs, could not find them, was to send another.

I contacted my State Attorney General Office with no success as s2spowersports or Scot Hartness would not reply, The Attorney General forwarded the complaint to Utah consumer protection Agency(that was where his web site said he was) who then contacted Scot of s2spowersports, he was told he would refund my money in 30 days, near the end of the 30 days, the address and phone number was removed from the web site and only an email address was left to contact them.

I see now that there is a new company name, Trakker2, who told me they purchased s2spowersports, but was a different company. If you look under about us on that web site the owner is listed as Carey Hartness. 11 months later no kart, no refund, no reply, no nothing from s2spowersports.com
