I read the report regarding this one I'm responding to, almost exactly what happened to me. I was harrassed daily on the phone while I was disabled and also being harrassed by creditors because I broke my back and couldn't pay. Scott Anderson, loan rep working for Fidelity National Mortgage in Santa Ana said he could fix my credit, he had a plan, I said I haven't worked in 5 months, getting ready for major back surgery, on tons of medications, He would not take no for an answer, said since I still had job to return to when better that he could use my last full months worth of paystubs and corresp bank statements 5/6 months old to get subprime loan for 6 months. pull out 50K pay all bills off, fix credit, the they will refi for free and bring me down to 6.9% 30 yr fixed.

First, I sent the old documents, went into surgery, had artificial disc put in back, got out, developed blood clots almost died. 3 weeks later I'm finally home and Scott calls and say docs are ready for signing. met with Notary, couldn't answer any questions, start date of loan and cash back were wrong, called scott, He said he will have those 2 pages reprinted and that the reason I didn't see the correct cash back tome was because, lenders give them kick backs and he was giving me his and the owner Weiss of Fidelity was also giving me his, so I would get close to the 50K promised. Loan was not to cost more than 5K max. Owed 227K on home, new loan 280K, rec'd 34K and never got to speak to scott again, he was fired 2 weeks after my loan, actually I spoke to him once when I rec'd the 34K and he said the rest would come in a second check in 2 wks. Those were the kick backs and reductions of cost?

Anyway, 2 wks later no check, then I called every day 4 to 6 times a day, approx 2 wks after that, jared answers scotts line and says, "Scott had been fired." He referred me to owner's voice mail. Weiss he said was his name. Message on vm was generic, didn't return calls, finally rec'd one call and he said they owe me nothing, that was the cost of the loan. My home is in foreclosure, my payment went from $1306 which included taxs to $2236.? , taxs, insurance not included. because they ripped me off my credit wasn't fixed, stuck in that loan.

The whole thing was fraud, it was illegal to no tell the lender I was disabled and give them that income paystubs and what lender would loan money or approve a loan with documents 6 months old. That's how I know Scott, Fidelity and Fremont Investment the new mortgage company who bought the loan, are all involved. I have filed a 70 page report with all verifications and proof of fraud to the California Department of Real estate. Fremont sold the loan that is in foreclosure to Wilshire Credit Corp, I told them it was coerced, I was on a ton of meds, just had surgery and the loan is fraudulent.

I sent them a Notarized 70 page document proving everything. Wilshire sent me a letter saying I signed so they have to hold me accountable for the loan. I called them, their so called "Fraud Dept." and said you have everything you need to prove this loan was coerced and approved with bad verifications. They switched me to a person other than who I originally talked to who sent the fraud packet and said well we don't really investigate, we just look at you signature.

So I said your company doesn't care they have a loan that is no good and fraud was committed to get it approved. She said they don't care. I need a attorney, I fell apart last november and had to be in and intensive suicide prevention program, I couldn't eat, sleep for months, chest pain all the time. Almost lost my job I've had for 12 years. Was off work for another 2 months. My daughters are stressed about losing their home and not doing well either. Someone please help.
