To Anyone Considering a Lease Agreement or Contract through Scott Huskey:
Do Not Engage In Any Business With This Crook! This Landlord Is Corrupt!
Scott Huskey is a local contractor that built homes and leased the ones he could not sell. The homes were not converted from contractor loans over to conventional loans. He provided lease-to-own options on the homes so that we could move in and have a portion of our lease set aside for the ownership option at the end of the contract. Little did we know that the contract was not even valid, nor did the bank even know that he was leasing these homes out to tenants.
Scott Huskey pocketed all of our lease money and did not make ONE payment to the bank. He is filing bankruptcy and the home is going into foreclosure. He embezzles the money collected from the tenants that he leases the homes to. He is pocketing all of the money and lying about it.
This man is dishonest, unethical, he is corrupt and he lies to the community about his intentions.
I have copies of all my cancelled checks for lease payments, deposits and pet fees. I encourage the media to get a hold of me so Scott Huskey will be forced to take accountability for his actions. He is a liar and his actions affect innocent families.
I want justice to take action and penalize this man for his deliberate deceitfulness.

Get this guy to put down the bottle and stay out of the strip clubs. He's a shmuck and lies to his wife and family the same way as his tenants apparently. He'll have sex with his tenant if she's low on money to pay the rent so he has many tactics of getting what he wants. If he tried denying this, there's enough proof that could be surfaced to bring him to shame.
Oh wait, maybe on his way to church he's thinking of some good excuses to give everyone for his "rough week" and how tough the economy has been to him.
What comes around, goes around Scott Huskey. Is your wife going to bail you out of this one too?
