 Avoid this con-man and ignore the rebuttal praising him because it's an obvious ploy to make himself look better. Hes presentable and personable but don't let that fool you. He's a liar and a thief claiming he can get permits yet he can't personally get permit. He's unlicensed and uninsured=big risk to owner. His prices always increased. Work is that of an unskilled handyman and it's an insult to licensed builders and contractors that he is in the same category. Any problems that arise while he is working will be blamed upon others because he wont responsibility for his mistakes and instead tries to talk his way out of it. He is very convincing when he talks but his work shows the true inexperience and crappy workmanship. If you are building a dog house he may be your man but if you are doing anything in or around your home then have him stay away!!!! You've been warned.
