I know this guy personally and he is as sneaky as a snake. Since I have known him he has ruined 2 womens lives by ruining them financially. One has had to file bakruptcy and is stuck raising their child which he will not legally claim. The other woman he married and tried sucking the financial blood out of her. If it had not been for her mother stepping in he would have succeded.

I am sorry that you the people were also the victims of him and hope that he gets his someday. The best way to do this is to contact the Elkhart County Sherriff's Department in Goshen, IN at area code 574-533-8644 , also call the Elkhart City Police Department at 574-295-7070.

He is in one of the videos wearing a red s**t and a hat on the fartwacker site.
Scott has left the Elkhart area and is now in Bradenton Florida laying asphalt.
