Scott Reinhart was paid for app development and has never delivered anything.

When approached via messenger he attacked my character with insults not the least was racisim, anger issues, and non payment. I paid Scott through Venmo and PayPal the 2 companies he asked to get paid by.

Payments were timely and for the exact amount promisedto Scot Rienhart.  Scott stole monies from me and never delivered 1 piece of the mobile app he was contracted to build.

When I confronted Scott in December he stated that he was being evicted from his home, or his home was in fire zone, or some other line of BS. He insulted my partner and tried to devalue him in the process.

I lost thousands of dollars dealing with this man. He begged to be part of my project and would take 33% ownership plus my money to be involved. Scott has done this to me and he will do it to you.

When approached for the work in the last 30 days of March he stated that I could go to court and get my money in a hundred years. This fraudulent criminal uses inspiration and money of the working man to steal his way through life and then laughs at you when you demand the apps he was contracted to build or your money back.

I am tired of being robbed I am a 50 year old man that has worked hard and has had his savings stolen again by this criminal
