Scott Streit is a home owners association president at Casa Blanca Condos in Dallas TX. He is a fraud that has defrauded home owners at Casa Blanca Condos for thousands and thousands of dollars. He charges his so called illegal assessments that he levies on elderly people who cannot pay and thus he forecloses upon them and ends up buying those units for himself. Scott Streit also illegally builds upon the common areas which is against the by laws. Scott Streit is so comfortable with embezzling money, he lets home owners make deposit money directly into his account.
Scott Streit also embezzles money from the HOA fund by threatening management companies. This explains why to this day the financials do not make any sense and why 4 management companies have walked away. One of the home owners was so outraged that they ended up suing him for a large sum of money.
Scott if you are so honest, how come the financials do not make any sense ?
You claim that you always had money, but we all know that you, your family and anyone you know never had money and youre just a two bit petty thief.
Your education in school was not enough to teach you that corruption in this country does not go unpaid. You are a dog that will be locked up in jail soon.
