Scott Streit and Marc Berman stole all the home owner association money we had. Being board members they have defrauded all of us at the Casa Blanca Condominiums in Dallas Texas. They are both partners and have abused their powers as board members at the Casa Blanca Condos. They have broken so many laws that one can write a book on the topic.
They have effectively:
1). Used illegal so called "emergency assessments" to embezzle money
2). Foreclosed on homeowners illegally and then bought the units for themselves
3). Have shown inaccurate financials
4). Used public servants to coerce and scare home owners
5). Held illegal board elections
6). Built upon common areas threatening foreclosure on home owners further
