 i came here to work for scott and help start a womens halfway house... which at i only had # days sober and he knew that at 10days sober he began making passes at me and we slept together at which time we began getting women and they did not stay sober no one in that house stayed sober in the 120 days i was there .. during this time we had couples so the women never had a honest chance to get sober he was taking under the table payoffs from good future iop for two sets of couples rent ... that is illegal he got 400 a week cash from this place...  also if the people couldnt pay they had to go he told me when people used wait till he gets the rent then put them out dont do anything till he got his money .... he lost money cuz i didnt listen it wasnt right ... also i watched him take this one kids bicycle and strip it  and keep what he wanted i watched him continue to put this one guy out cuz he used regularly instead of having this kid seek other arrangements he would charge the mother 80 reentry fee and 180 rent then all this mother wanted was for her son to get better and scott used him and allowed him to stay sick.. i mowed the yards did the painting and maintenance work to help with my rent i was working at the house doing drug tests and curfew and managing the house he had me pay 200 a wk i did side work all my money went to him he knew when i got here to delray i was bipolar and needed my meds   i told him i needed my script and his response was "and why do i care" since i been here i have medical records that show i have lost 12 pds due to stress the dr put me on another anxiety med for stress  and now scott tompkins is calling me a wack job ....all of his houses have bedbugs and are filthy except for the blu house on ne 11th st.... his houses are nasty uninhabitable especially the houses on lake and sandy they should be condemed the front detox house is fairly clean now that one of his old managers is there that came back to him...i have watched him and been put in physical situations to where i had to defend my self while helping him put guys out that were using  the cops have been called  i had to call the police while having a guy punch a mirror at the house i worked at....  scott tompkins is a crook and a slimball he is only in this business for his personal gain....he has his housemanagers physically put there hands on people and then say the guy that gets beat up started it and that just happened last night at the gulfstream house .. i was vulnerable and didnt wanna be homeless like most people who work or live at scotts houses and he takes advantage of that u feel like u either do what he says how he says or u will be out....  i left his bedbug infested house and job and i pray noone ever has to go threw what i did especially another woman and men who really want sobriety  ... famillies please dont fall into the carsalesman lines he will give u about how to help ur lovedones  they r not getting better as long as u pay they can use and have a place to stay... he is a joke.... beware !!!!!!
