Scott Wizig Enterpriser SWE HOMES Big spending lost and turn to foreclosures, misconfuse, liar agency RIPOFF Houston Texas

Been living there 18 mos. for lease to buy. June 2003 suppose be purchase this home puy another almost three thousand dn. But buying contract were incomplete. Two week later went back to SWE HOME to correct.

SWE HOME told me contract incomplete and sign another buying contract. Then one month later name were incorrectly, misconfuse, liar company name. One month later receive tax bill of full amount spending alot money home need alot work. Wire third bedroom, hallway, family room were light no light. Have plumber problem can not be late will charge 100.00 late 10.00 per day so fee kept add up almost 5000.00 legal fee, postage fee, not getting no air doing my thing or so it had to
over foreclosure just in four to six month. Home have list in Harris County Appraisal District Lists in my name now that kind funny and confuse.

This is my third home been own home. Been trying contact attorney, real estate, contact another SWE HOME
residental about their struggle with them. WOW GOOD LUCK

Don't list to big yellow sign with no credit check, but liar agency did go through your credit stuff check under list of company name Scott Wizig Enterpriser (SWE HOMES)
