I wonder if this is the same Scott Wizig from Texas that the city of Buffalo would like to get hold of?

There was a Scott Wizig from Texas who purchased MANY (I think it was a couple hundred) depressed homes here in Buffalo (with the then Mayor's blessing) with the promise to bring them up to code and he reniged.  Almost, if not all, the homes he purchased were for sale by the city for back taxes.  He got a sweetheart deal from the City at the time.  His leases landing him in criminal court.  I don't think he wants to visit Buffalo any time soon.

  My wife and I were living in our home in Kingsland Tx. My fathers health came into question. We began looking for homes in the Dayton area. SWE Homes happened to have a poorly kept property just a few blocks from my father we considered the pro's and con's,  [no pun intended], we bought the property financed by SWE Homes  in 2/09. When turning on electric and water the address, 1103 oak creek, was not a servicable address since the 911 change 5 years ago. All payments made to SWE were made out with the proper address on both the payment and the envelope supplied by SWE. I will say I failed to change my contact number when it changed however the numbers given as back up have not changed. At work on 10/19/09 I received a call and was told a constable had came to my home. I was able to contact him on 10/20/09 and was informed that he had EVICTION papers for me. I then contacted SWE and found that they started foreclosure 7/09 and it was final 10/1/09 this was done without due process to me or due diligence by them to contact me. We've continued to pay our payments as usual and they contiued to cash them. Furthermore they claim it was my responsability to give them a change of address but I haven't moved. How could a supposed professional property co. not know the propper address of the property they are selling,not to mention being able to find or contact someone with todays resourses. They knew what they were doing. As for my wife and I we will do whatever it takes to get fair treatment and put the brakes on SCOTT WIZIG and his band of puppets.
