Apparently I'm yet another one duped by this lying shyster.
I placed MY order for one of his beds in mid August of 2008 & I've been given conflicting information almost every time in my communications with Mr. Scott. Either the bed is done and waiting to be shipped, just needs final finishing, or some other bogus tall tale.
It's now the third week of March 2009 and no sign of my purchase. I've submitted a complaint to the Dallas area BBB, but hold no particular hope in getting help from them. Anyone starting a class action suit against this low-life can count me in.

I have now filed a complaint with the Texas Office of the Attorney General and included weblinks to the Complaints Board and the RipOff Report.
I requested an investigation of Mr. Scott's business and his practices.
Other persons having similar problems should file a complaint with the Texas AG as well.
