Before you invest your good money with Yancey Events read all the reviews from people who have done so and report that it is a rip-off.  Scott Yancey and his annoying wife Aimee, riding on the populairty of their "Flipping Las Vegas" show on A&E, have jumped into the real estate seminar business.  

Going around the country promoting their free training workshops, they sucker people into paying anywhere from $1,495 to $1,995 (depending on the market) for a 3-day seminar that is said to teach all their investment secrets that made the Yanceys rich.  Once at the seminar only the basic elements are taught and then the sales pitch for "advanced training" is given to see people on spending another $21,000 to $40,000 for more education.  This is nothing more than bait and switch.

As an experienced real estate investor I can tell you that after watching "Flipping Las Vegas", these people are not making their money from flipping real estate.  The haphazard way these two idiots go about buying property is quite laughable.

Save your money and just buy a good book on the subject.
