Scotts Econo Lube N Tune COMPLETE RIP OFF citrus heights California

 I have taken my vehicle to this shop 2 times and both times very bad experiences. The first my insurance company had to send a investigator out because of the outrageous and false claims Scotts was making. My insurance company refused to do business with them and made me take my vehicle to another shop where I had no problems getting the repairs done. The 2nd time I HAD to take my Escalade there because my blower went out. They charged me $575 when I called the Cadillac Dealer they told me the parts were a total of $160 and thats dealer price and Scott's charged me $491. Scott had nothing to say except so are you going to pay me or not? If they think you have money they triple the price not knowing your a struggling mother with 3 kids.
