"Scotts" Lawn Care Company Typical Corporate Ripoff Marysille Ohio Ohio

Was talked into purchasing all Scotts Four Step Program at one time with promise of rebate up o 15.00.  Took rebate form and attached required upc codes along with copy of reciept and mailed in for rebate.  Just recieved post card from INMAR Rebate Center out of Del Rio TX stating registeted reciept not submitted along with excuse of "required purchases not identified of registered reciept".  To set the ecord straight, all required upc codes were attached along with store reciept with items highlighted on said reciept.  Couldn't follow directions much plainer than that.  And yet, my rebate was not allowed due to form letter excuses.  Couldn't they come up with something better than that?  I've been using Scotts for years that is until next year.  Any company who treats their customers with such lack of respect or allos an agent of theirs to do the same is no longer worth my time nor money.
