Scotts Lawn Service aka Scotts Lawn Care Lawn care RIPOFF Frederick Maryland

DO NOT USE SCOTTS LAWN SERVICE!  I may have given them too long but I used Scotts for many years.  In the beginning, my lawn looked decent (it was a new house/new lawn).  Now, 50% of my lawn is covered in bare spots and weeds.  I have the worst looking lawn in the community.  I understand that things happen sometimes but as a company your obligation is to fix the issues you have caused.  I have been given multiple excuses by multiple people in the company.  None are accurate and nothing has fixed the issue.  I wish I was able to post photos of my lawn because I want people to see what you will get by using them.  I would have been WAY better off had I not done anything at all and saved the thousands of dollars I have given them to fix my lawn.  I spoke to several levels of management asking for help only to be asked to keep giving them money.  PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF the frustration, wasted money and embarrassing looking yard.  Use anyone else in the country except Scotts.  They should be ashamed of themselves for taking people’s money.
