BEWARE of Steve Bond & Scottsdale Gun Center!!! It took 45 days of constant emails and 14 long distance calls and threats to contact the ATF and Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General to get $814.00 of my hard earned dollars back from this lying Scam artist!!! I paid for a Gun I purchased through a Guns America Ad posted by SGC for a Bushmaster M4 Rifle, I paid by Money order which they received and was sent a message that the gun would be sent in 3 days as per the Ad. Well I never got it!! And was constantly told "Its sent in the Mail" or its "LOST IN THE MAIL" I even got a Bogus Sig. Confirmation No. and 3 weeks later was totally ignored and was told that they would send out another gun Federal Express overnight! This never happened! They never had a gun for me and was holding out and constantly feeding me BS and lying about the whole deal! He was a very Convincing liar he would make a good politician for sure! I am totally disappointed and wary now of internet sales especially with Steve Bond and MATT his cohort, both lied to me and always gave up BS for an answer & untrustworthy liars both of them!

As of March 1,2006 Steve Bond and Matt no longer have any interest in Scootsdale Gun Center. My wife Kate Alexander Krueger and I (Jim) are the new owners. We regret any problems that have happened in the past an are trying to build a reputation for honest and ethical treatment of all our customers. Whether in person or on the internet we strive to treat our customers the way we have been treated in the firearms industry with honesty and respect.
