Scottsdale healthcare South Racial Profiling, Misdiagnoses , cover ups scottsdale Arizona

I found out about 2 months ago that Scottsdale healthcare south has me profiled as a person addicted to pain meds, not only that When I go to the ER with pains because I am a heart Patient . ( my cardiologist tells me if I getpains to run to the ER) they look at me and see I am hispanic with long hair and try to ruch me out. So a doctor in 2010 looked at me for 12 minutes and determined I am addicted to Pain meds. How, Why? there is a data base doctors can look at to see what pain meds I have recieved. So when I went to the hospital a couple of months ago with left shoulder severe pain the doctor John Vazquez told me I had a broken rotater cuff .

As a heart patient with knowledge after I called several doctors in New York who I know Dr. Vazquez did not use the protocal for heart patients. They took a EKG at my request and when I requested blood work the doctor refused because he knew I had a broken rotator cuff. No cat scans, MRIs and he knew I had a broken rotator cuff. Wow he must be Psychic. Two weeks later I had to call paramedics because I was having a heart attack , 95% clogged Artery. When I called them , no one helps. I even had a Man tell me they could not be racist because he was from India and brown skin. They  told me his name was Gary Baker. I called to Talk to Baker again and no answer but his secretary told me he is white. So someone with a Indian voice pretended to be Baker. Now I fear since I complained if I am having a heart attack again that hospital will let me die.
